Comment: Our May 2014 Abruzzo culinary tour with Leonardo was nothing

short of amazing. His careful personal attention to numerous details, his

choices of villas, chefs, wine cellars, kitchens and menus all exceeded

our expectations by far. Just when we thought we experienced the best,

We've been to Italy so many times and thought we had seen it all 'till Leonardo and his team gave us an amazing outlook on beautiful Abruzzo, which was completely unknown to us. Commento: Leonardo helped us on a voluntary basis with itineraries, accommodation and restaurants during our recent visit to the Abruzzo region. We met by chance at a hotel and his local knowledge and passion for the region was invaluable. We ate at great restaurants, saw magnificent historical buildings and great scenery, all thanks to Leonardo. We will highly recommend Leonardo to our friends in Australia and anyone interested in visiting this hidden gem.

Seeing the countryside in a Fiat 500 was a highlight. The food, scenery, the wonderful people--this is definitely a trip worth taking. It's high on my list of places to go back to someday.

Comment: I return to Italy every couple of years, exploring different areas. Abruzzo is the place i would return to if i had to retrace one of my trips. it has the right amount of italian charm and character mixed with a real feeling of having discovered something new. The food is rustic and nourishing, the people homely and welcoming and if you can go by Fiat, the countryside gives its all too.
