Generations of Italian and Abruzzo families have been creating their own cured meats in the most traditional way for centuries.
The Di Paolo family take this tradition further, as they breed their free range swines and their Abruzzo Black Pigs in the high pastures of the Maiella National Park raising them exclusively on a balanced diet of legumes, cereals and forage crops grown and harvested on their own small farm on the outskirts of the hilltop town of Gessopalena, leading to a liminal farm-to-table experience with our slowly cured, hand-made meats for connoisseurs of fine foods.
Our limited range of products are 100% gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free, with the only exception of natural aromatic spices and seasonings such as locally grown black pepper corns, a pinch of sea-salt from the Adriatic Sea, juniper berries, a bit of garlic and cloves.
Our high quality range and amazing flavours are now limitedly available here in vacuum sealed packaging.
