Our Truffle Hunters are local to both Abruzzo's incredible Maiella and Gran Sasso mountain ranges, central Italy's treasure trove of this underground delicacy in its various shapes, nuances and flavours ranging from the earthy Spring Black to the fragrant Summer Precious Black and to the delicious Precious White wild varieties.  

Elusive as they may seem to many, our Truffle Hunters' dedication and commitment to strict codes of conduct in the woods combined with the traditional family labour implied in processing the truffles offer you the chance to purchase this truly special delicacy and offer your Guests to partake in a memorable, liminal tasting experience.

Our loose Truffles and Truffle Products are available in a range of items to beautifully complement your Risotto, pasta and meat courses to perfection, pizza, toast and eggs or simply a slice of bread.
