We are proud to offer a range of pasta made with regional local wheat and grains that are cultivated only here in Central and Southern Italy, from the lush countryside of the Abruzzo Hills to the high plateaus and deep valleys of the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountain ranges, where crystal clear Maiella National Park spring water for the pasta is exclusively sourced and used.

Our selected pasta-makers have been passionately making pasta since 1867 and our family-style operation delivers excellence to this very day with its 100% locally grown and locally milled Italian Durum Wheat, Soft Wheat, Senatore Cappelli Wheat and Farro.

Synonymous with absolute excellence in pasta is also our selection of shapes made exclusively one at a time with bronze cutting plates and our gentle, low temperature drying process.

Most shapes are also available whole-wheat upon request. 

Our Lentils are produced in very limited quantity by a small farm run by sisters Rosetta & Donatella in the high plateaus of the Gran Sasso mountains, regarded among the best quality lentils in the world.

We also offer in our range the finest Carnaroli and Vialone Nano rice for the perfect Risotto.
